- Biography
In her tenure, Jackie has helped to grow Georgia State’s entrepreneurship programs beyond the classroom. She established and oversees the planning and facilitation of 60+ events a year including: co-curricular workshops, guest speakers, business consultations, university-wide competitions, and several co-sponsored competitions and events with notable industry partners.
Jackie is the advisor for the Georgia State Chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization whose mission is to inform, support and inspire college students to be entrepreneurial and seek opportunity through enterprise creation. In 2015, she created the E-House Living Learning Community in the University Commons residence hall. The community provides students the opportunity to live, learn and connect with others who share entrepreneurial interests and aspirations. She also assisted in the development of the LaunchGSU Student Incubator, a 3,000 sq. ft., idea-stage incubator designed to foster an entrepreneurial and innovative culture across campus.
Prior to joining ENI, Ms. Davis gained curriculum experience through teaching as a TeachForAmerica Corps Member. She also worked in the Dean’s Office of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business where she supported the college’s academic initiatives and the development of signature experience programs including, the WomenLead Center and Georgia State’s Advancement of Women—Women’s Mentoring Program. As an intrapreneur, Jackie enjoys building signature programs that support entrepreneurship, women, and economic empowerment.
