Steve Bachman, the CEO Partner of Hi-Tech Partners, stopped by to give a presentation to the CEO team about the importance of embracing uncertainty and the value of networking. Steve funded his first startup by taking out 15+ credit cards. Steve admits that there are simpler ways to finance your ideas now, but the principle of working through uncertainty is what makes most entrepreneurs successful. Steve ended his talk early to answer any questions the CEO team had, such as “what is the greatest issue facing the world right now?” and “how do you become an expert at pitching your idea?”.
The CEO E-Board hopes that anyone interested in joining CEO embraces their fear and uncertainty and joins us at our meetings on Fridays this Fall Semester (2018). Check the GSU Calendar for details and registration.
